After his latest statement regarding working on a parliamentary proposal, the front man of Popular Action Bloc Musalam Al-Barrak submitted with other three MPs from the Bloc (Mohammed Al-Khalifa, Khaled Al-Tahoos, Ali Al-Daqbasi) a proposal for the parliament to naturalize the Bedoon who are families of martyrs, soldiers, holders of higher diplomas, and old employees of the oil ministry.

Al-Barrak explained that Kuwaiti advocate, columnist, and professor Dr. Ghanim Al-Najar, columnist Ahmed Al-Dieene, former MP Hassan Jawhar, writer Mohammed Al-Jassim, and activist Khaled Al-Fidala wirked on this proposal for the bloc to present to the parliament.
