No job interviews for Bedoon teachers

The Central Agency keeps playing its usual games with the Bedoon. For the past month or so, the Agency has been promising Bedoon jobs in the government sect. Many applicants were not welcomed and just recently, some went to the assigned job interviews in the education ministry and were told: “We were informed not to conduct the interviews even if you meet the qualifications. We have no reasons to give.”

The Central Agency said those who apply should hold the 1965 census, have no ‘security holds’, and should be aware that they will only be considered after citizens. The Bedoon community has been describing this attempt as a lie made to fool the international community and that the whole system was created in a way to make employment impossible for the Bedoon.
